Elite & Recreational Tumbling Classes
We offer two different style classes throughout the week. Below lists the class descriptions. With our Unlimited Monthly Tumbling Class, you have access to all of our Recreational classes with the opportunity to test into our Elite classes. You can purchase the Monthly Pass on our Registration Tab.

Recreational Tumbling Classes
Mitey Movers
This class is designated for our younger athletes (ages 3-7) to work on body awareness, forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and intro to front/back walkovers.
Tumbling 101
This class is designated for our athletes (age 6+) that have a pretty good sense of body control and can hold a bridge on their own. This class will primarily focus on handstands, front/back walkovers, and intro to handsprings.
Tumbling 102
This class is designated for our older athletes (age 10+) to work on their walkovers, handsprings, and intro to tucks.
Elite Tumbling Classes
*Must test into class with approval from Coach Gabby
Elite Level 1
This class will focus on all elite level 1 tumbling skills. Athletes must be able to hold a bridge without a spot.
Standing Skills: Front/Back Walkover, Walkover Series, Back Extension Roll, Valdez
Running Skills: Cartwheel-Back Walkover, Front Walkover-Cartwheel-Back Walkover, Round Off
Elite Level 2
This class will focus on all elite level 2 tumbling skills. Athletes must be able to do a back walkover.
Standing Skills: Back Handspring, Back Handspring Step Out, Connecting skills
Running Skills: Round Off-Back Handspring, Front Walkover-Round Off-Back Handspring, Flysprings
Elite Level 3
This class will focus on all elite level 3 tumbling skills. Athletes must be able to do a back handspring.
Standing Skills: Multiple Back Handsprings, Jump-Back Handspring, Connecting skills
Running Skills: Round Off-to-Tuck, Aerial Cartwheels, Punch Front Tuck
