Rec Class Descriptions
Cheer 101 (ages 4-9)
prerequisites: none
This class is for our younger beginner athletes that want to jump into the world of Cheerleading! In this class, they’ll be learning how to jump, tumble, stunt, and dance.
Front Tumble (all ages)
prerequisites: Must be able to hold a bridge and handstand
This class is designed for all athletes looking to work on their front tumbling or front tumbling connections. They can work on skills such as (but not limited to): Front Walkovers, Front Handsprings/Flysprings, Punch Front Tucks, Punch Front Step Outs, etc. They will be able to also work the connections into other running skills. This is perfect if you're also working on connecting your front skill to a cartwheel or round off.
Mitey Movers (ages 3-7)
prerequisites: none
This class is for our younger beginner athletes that are working on their forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges
Walkovers (all ages)
prerequisites: Must be able to hold a bridge and handstand
This class is for athletes who are looking to learn or solidify their front and back walkovers. This class will also work on connecting their walkovers to other skills.
Handsprings (all ages)
prerequisites: Must be able to hold a handstand and should have their front/back walkovers
This class is for athletes who are looking to learn or solidify their front and back handsprings. This class will also work on connecting their handsprings to other skills. We will also be working on round off technique to connect it to running passes.
Tucks & Up (all ages)
prerequisites: Must have a running back handspring
This class is for athletes who are looking to learn or solidify their front/back tucks, layouts, and more. This class is our most advanced tumbling class that will be focusing on connecting tucks/layouts to different running passes.
High School Walkovers & Handsprings (ages 12+)
prerequisites: Must be able to hold a handstand and should have a working front/back walkovers
This class is for high school aged athletes who are looking to learn or solidify their front and back walkovers and handsprings. This class will also work on connecting their walkovers and handsprings to other skills. We will also be working on round off technique to connect it to running passes.
Tumble 101 (ages 6-11)

This class is for our younger beginner athletes that are working on their forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges
Tumble 102 (ages 8-11)
prerequisites: Must be able to hold a bridge and handstand
This class is for our younger intermediate athletes that are working on their walkovers and introduction to handsprings and connecting passes.
High School Tumble 101 (ages 12+)
prerequisites: none
This class is for high school aged athletes who are looking to learn or solidify their tumbling. This class will work on walkovers, handsprings, and any other skills they need for their high school teams.
